Consultant Psychologist and Art therapist- Monica is a counselling psychologist and a certified gestalt therapy practitioner who is currently working as a consultant psychologist in 104 HHL and conducted stress management training for police officers of Government of Tamil Nadu She believes in Humanistic Approach so she has a positive view of human beings and their potential to achieve real joy, so she is a good listener and an empathetic person. She has provided counseling to the people who committed suicide over the past 3years and also provides counseling for people with emotional issues like stress, depression and relationship issues and others. She holds a diploma in relationship counseling and in school, corporate, and family counseling. She has certifications in grief and trauma counseling and analysis.

It’s been almost a year since I started therapy with Cauviya. It has been a journey from then till now. She is a good listener & uses right opportunity to direct you to the solutions or thoughts that you are looking for. Non- judgmental & a thorough professional. I live in the Netherlands & her sessions are flexible and timings suitable for me. I feel everyone should have a therapist and therapy should be affordable to all. The trick is to stick to the process & trust in it to eventually start helping. One day at therapy would do nothing, consistency is the key. Cauviya is a gem find. I highly recommend regular therapy with Cauviya for your mental health.
